World Headquarters Facilities Supervisor (New Brunswick, NJ)

You will be responsible for:
- Manage Union facility mechanics, service partners, contractors, and direct report staff.
- Lead a blended team with ultimate responsibility for 24/7 operational readiness of the WHQ campus.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with VIP customers, key internal/external stakeholders, and Facility Services partners.
- Own daily Facility Services support, infrastructure, and utilities at the WHQ Campus.
- Act as the single point of contact with site occupants and stakeholders for the E&PS organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, environmental guidelines, and internal operating procedures; participate in inspections/audits as required; ensure audit readiness.
- Participate in implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans, emergency response plans, and infrastructure management programs.
- Develop, support, and manage facility-related financial plans and maintenance budgets.
- Build a culture focused on professionalism and continuous improvement based on KPIs, benchmarking, and sharing best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (required).
- 4+ years of experience in facilities, utilities, and maintenance (preferred).
- GxP and quality management systems environment experience (beneficial).
- Experience leading teams through change/organizational transformation (beneficial).
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Drive and passion for delivering business commitments.
- Critical thinking and tactical responsiveness.
- Vendor management experience.
- Customer focus and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Vacation: 120 hours/calendar year
