Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of field force architecture (sizing, structure, territory alignment) to support brand/therapeutic area objectives.
- Own end-to-end territory alignment and call planning (HCP- and HCO-level call plans), including cross-functional alignment and approvals.
- Manage the field operations calendar to ensure seamless execution of alignments and call plan processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Data, and IT to deliver integrated solutions and support initiatives (e.g., business reviews, system enhancements, reporting).
- Maintain data integrity and operational excellence through governance, proactive issue resolution, and rigorous QC/validation.
- Use data (HCP–HCA–HCO affiliation; datasets such as IQVIA DDD, TRx, NRx, NBRx, claims) to improve field effectiveness and targeting.
- Apply analytics to optimize deployment, enhance execution, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required (preferably quantitative/computer); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) experience focused on call planning and territory alignment across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Minimum 6–8 years experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or pharma consulting.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of go-to-market models, customer engagement processes, and KPIs (account-based vs. HCP selling, KAM/GPO, hybrid selling, field/home office orchestration).
- Preferred: experience with datasets (IQVIA DDD, 867 data, TRx/NRx/NBRx) and systems (Veeva, Snowflake, Power BI).
- Hands-on analytics with large complex datasets using Excel, SAS, SQL, Snowflake, or Power BI.
- Advantage: exposure to AI and advanced analytics in commercial/field deployment.
- Excellent presentation/storytelling; strong project management.
- Plus: familiarity with territory alignment tools (AlignMix/AlignStar/Javelin/Salesforce-based solutions) and rigorous QC/validation.
