Operations
Warehouse Supervisor responsibilities:
- Oversee daily incoming, inventory, and replenishment operations to ensure timely receipts, accurate inventory, organization, and on-time fulfillment
- Supervise and lead materials team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Plan schedule activities to meet operational requirements
- Manage receipts, inventory accuracy, and replenishment needs (following FEF) with traceability using ERP and associated documentation
- Initiate and complete investigations; lead corrective and preventive actions
- Initiate and complete change controls and support implementations
- Update and create SOPs and work instructions
- Review warehouse metrics and lead process-improvement projects
- Coordinate and improve training and requirements to support team performance
- Support multiple warehouses; be onsite and travel between sites as needed
- Maintain flexibility with shifts/hours to support business needs
- Conduct meetings (Microsoft Teams); prepare PowerPoints and use Excel basic formulas; communicate effectively
- Gather data to support KPI reporting and warehouse operations improvements
- Proactively plan and respond to operational needs
- Perform all tasks assigned to support Supply Chain operations
Requirements/qualifications:
- Minimum associate’s degree/bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years warehouse experience (preferred)
- 5+ years ERP usage and document management systems
- 2+ years supervision OR 4+ years lead roles in GMP-regulated environments
- Equivalent combination of experience considered
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and quality expectations for temperature-sensitive products
- 2+ years forklift, box trucks, and related warehouse equipment, including standalone cold/frozen storage units
- 2–4+ years supply chain and logistics
- DOT 49CFR and IATA understanding and/or certification preferred
- Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
