Operations
Major accountabilities:
- Receive, store, and issue materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with storage specifications.
- Perform and maintain accurate, timely, and neat written and electronic documentation.
- Manage and control inventory levels, including ordering as needed to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Expedite and adjust orders to meet evolving business needs.
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage per established systems; ensure inventory is documented in business tool systems and aligned with physical location.
- Track raw materials from purchase through receipt with complete visibility and accountability.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee shipping of materials from TRD Labs, including hazardous, export, and temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Maintain accurate ERP data, including invoice and vendor management (resolving invoicing issues; updating vendor data).
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse/work areas for inspection readiness.
- Complete required job-specific trainings; adhere to applicable rules/regulations; cross-train other associates.
- Learn and operate relevant computer systems (e.g., ESOPS D2, SAP, SRM R2) and use MS Office suite.
- Perform physical requirements including extended standing/walking/sitting, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work in accordance with safety requirements (OSHA), cGMP (FDA), and housekeeping practices; prioritize safety/compliance/product quality and report issues.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Documentation per SOPs; On-time in-full production supply.
Minimum requirements:
- 3 years of logistics, distribution, and/or warehousing experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
- GMP knowledge; HSE knowledge
- Logistics and transportation management; supply chain management
- Master data; operational excellence; supply planning
- SAP ERP; warehouse management
