Warehouse Operator I

Shift: Monday to Friday, 1–9pm

Responsibilities:
- Follow company policies, procedures, and state/federal/local laws.
- Prepare shipping orders by picking, scanning, and packing accurately and on time.
- Perform replenishment by matching product descriptions to restocking requests and physical locations.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Process customer returns; classify to stock, damages, or expired products.
- Prepare debit memos to vendors.
- Operate a hand lift; be able to obtain/certify for power forklift operation.
- Load and unload freight trucks.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness.
- Work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Read, understand, and follow English work instructions/safety info/documentation; communicate effectively in English.
- Pharmaceutical distribution experience and/or experience distributing perishable goods.
- 1 (one) year of warehouse work experience.
- Specialized knowledge of warehouse plans/methods/procedures/material handling.

Skills/Abilities:
- Train and coach other warehouse personnel.
- Teamwork; assist and direct staff; liaison between associates/leads/management.
- Basic math.
- Communicate clearly (verbal and written); adapt to changes/assignments.
- Punctual, work efficiently, complete assignments on time.
