Key Responsibilities:
- Set and lead the US medical strategy across marketed, pre-launch, and life cycle management indications.
- Shape the healthcare landscape through strategic partnerships and senior-level regulatory engagement (including FDA interactions).
- Advance patient access via health outcomes and real-world evidence to support reimbursement and clinical adoption.
- Expand the portfolio by leading US medical input into business development/licensing and new product commercialization.
- Drive enterprise impact through cross-functional leadership across Medical, Clinical Development, Global Medical Affairs, and Commercial.
- Build and develop high-performing teams and model an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent required; Doctorate-level degree in MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD in Health Sciences/related field required; Medical Degree (MD, DO) or equivalent preferred.
- 12+ years progressively senior experience in clinical development or medical affairs (pharma/biotech/academic).
- 5+ years people management/team leadership experience (developing senior medical talent preferred).
- Deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape (payer dynamics, access pathways, system trends).
- Strong clinical research experience (protocol development, clinical trial operations, patient recruitment).
- Expertise in health economics, outcomes research, and real-world evidence for access/reimbursement/value.
- Enterprise-level influence across US and Global organizations.

Desirable Requirements:
- Cardiovascular/metabolic therapeutic area experience.
- Established relationships with medical experts/professional societies.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $318,500–$591,500/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.
