Director/Associate Director, Thought Leader Engagement – Head & Neck Oncology

Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the national thought leader engagement strategy for the pre-launch and potential launch of petosemtamab.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Head & Neck Oncology KOLs, Medical Experts, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the Head & Neck Oncology landscape and identify clinical/scientific/market trends impacting adoption of petosemtamab.
- Serve as a primary Genmab contact for leading KOLs and influencers in the Head & Neck Oncology community.
- Plan and execute thought leader engagement at major oncology/scientific congresses and conferences.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate members of the petosemtamab speaker bureau per applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a KYSO customer experience via a coordinated One Genmab model across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- Gather and synthesize thought leader insights to inform brand strategy, launch planning, and customer engagement.
- Establish processes for sharing field-generated insights with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build cross-functional partnerships and facilitate alignment across teams.
- Lead key thought leader engagement initiatives; manage priorities, timelines, agency partners, and budgets.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Director: 10+ years; Associate Director: 8+ years relevant pharma/biotech experience.
- Significant oncology experience in marketing, sales, account management, thought leader engagement, medical affairs, or other customer-facing roles.
- Proven relationship-building with KOLs/Medical Experts/senior external stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, synthesize, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of oncology commercialization and customer engagement; roles of academic/community stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication/presentation/relationship-management/executive-influence skills.
- Knowledge of legal/regulatory/compliance requirements for healthcare professional engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel ~50%–60%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or relevant).
- Direct Head & Neck Oncology experience (head and neck squamous cell carcinoma).
- Established Head & Neck Oncology KOL/ME relationships.
- Prior Thought Leader Engagement/Liaison or field-based marketing experience.
- Oncology launch/pre-launch experience; speaker bureau development/training.
- Experience with advisory boards, congress engagement, and external-expert programs.
- Knowledge of Head & Neck treatment pathways, care teams, and referral networks.
- High-growth/emerging biotech experience.
- Director-level: led complex national initiatives and mentored others.

Application Instructions:
- Salary band (US candidates): $211,200–$316,800; offer depends on skills/qualifications/experience/location; may include discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
