Key Accountabilities
- Define and lead Medical Affairs strategy and tactical execution across Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) aligned to clinical pipeline and commercial launches.
- Oversee operations, budget, and medical affairs excellence (policies/procedures) and support product launches (Illuccix, Zircaix, Pixclara) including clinical mindshare, publications/data gap needs, IIT strategy, reader training, medical information request follow-up, and regional standard response letters.
- Stay current on guidelines/publications; drive competitive intelligence training and internal/external communication plans.
- Support clinical strategy for marketing/material development, sales training, and Medical Review in Veeva.
- Lead scientific engagement with KOLs, HCPs, societies; develop KOL engagement metrics; execute publication and congress strategy.
- Support theranostic evidence generation and data-gap identification; identify payor/HCP unmet needs and publication timelines with medical communications.
- Accelerate clinical trial recruitment/retention and lifecycle management; work with clinical ops on site/patient accrual gaps; drive advisory boards and investigator/site meetings; lead IIR strategy and MA matrix alignment.
- Maintain a high-performance team, coaching/metrics, SME training/expectations, and ensure MSL activities comply with Telix objectives and legal/ethical standards.

Education and Experience (Required/Preferred)
- Required: PharmD/PhD/MD or equivalent; 10+ years biotech/pharma; 5+ years leadership.
- Strongly preferred: Prostate, Renal, Neuro-Oncology radiopharmaceutical expertise.
- Required skills: medical affairs strategy/product launches/lifecycle/data gap generation/thought-leader engagement; experience with EAP and registries/Package insert; ability to lead US MA team in a matrix; strong communication, partnership-building, compliance/regulatory knowledge; travel 50–75%.
