VP, Human Resources

Role: Vice President of Human Resources at a biopharma company focused on cardiovascular and immunology/inflammation therapies, including approved and investigational medicines like ARCALYST. Objectives: lead global HR strategy, foster high-performance culture, and enable organizational growth. Responsibilities: partner with senior leadership on organizational design, talent development, and change management; develop and manage HR Business Partners; oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation; drive leadership capability and culture alignment; collaborate with HR Operations for benefits and compliance; promote organizational agility and continuous improvement. Requirements: 15+ years HR experience, proven leadership in biotech/life sciences; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field; experience working with senior executives and managing compensation programs, including incentive sales compensation a plus. Skills: executive presence, strategic influence, adaptability, attention to detail, ethical standards, proficiency in MS Office; ability to travel up to 25%. High-value: senior HR leadership, experience in fast-paced biotech environment, organizational design, talent management, culture building, and change management. Work setup: onsite in Lexington, US, five days a week; travel up to 25%.
