Associate Director, Site Learning & Development

Role: Associate Director of Site Learning & Talent Development, leading learning strategy for biopharmaceutical manufacturing and vaccine operations. Objectives include optimizing workforce readiness during site build-outs, tech transfers, and system implementations, ensuring GxP compliance and operational excellence. Responsibilities encompass developing scalable onboarding, human-centered experiential training, and integrating Digital/AI solutions; overseeing LMS governance; mentoring the L&D team; and collaborating with site leadership to identify performance gaps. Qualifications: Bachelor's or higher in Education, Business, STEM, or related fields, with 9-15+ years in regulated industry training, GxP, or operational excellence. Preferred: experience in biopharma, advanced manufacturing, or life sciences, demonstrated success in innovative learning initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Key skills involve adult learning principles, digital learning, change management, instructional design, and process improvements.
