Position Summary:
Head of Precision Oncology Strategy & Execution. Leads strategy, growth, and operational execution of the Precision Oncology Alliance (POA), a national network of academic cancer centers, health systems, and community oncology practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term POA strategy, annual operating plans, governance framework, and institutional engagement plans.
- Serve as senior executive sponsor; build/strengthen relationships with cancer center directors, department chairs, research leaders, principal investigators, health system executives, key opinion leaders, and national oncology organizations.
- Expand strategic partnerships via molecular testing, research collaboration, clinical trials, data access, education, technology integration, and precision medicine initiatives.
- Lead executive steering committees and governance forums.
- Lead multi-institutional research initiatives (real-world evidence, registries, translational research, investigator-sponsored projects, clinical trial collaborations).
- Support validation of products, biomarkers, signatures, and companion diagnostics; drive abstracts, publications, and presentations.
- Represent Caris/POA at meetings and forums; identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics.
- Expand use of Caris molecular, multimodal, and AI capabilities; advance data-sharing and clinical integrations (EHR, ordering, results delivery, research workflows).
- Develop pilot programs for adoption; increase participation/enrollment/patient access in Caris-sponsored programs.
- Establish scalable processes for opportunity management, prioritization, performance, risk, and reporting; align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure compliance.
- Build and lead high-performing team.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years progressive leadership in oncology/precision medicine/diagnostics/pharma/biotech or related field, including executive-level partnerships/account leadership.
- Strong knowledge of precision oncology, molecular profiling, translational research, and real-world evidence.
- Ability to engage/influence C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Proven strategic partnership success with academic centers/cancer centers/health systems/research organizations.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategy, business development, relationship management, negotiation, communication, execution.
- Successful completion of pre-employment process (criminal background check, credit check, drug screening, reference verification).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS, or equivalent).

Other:
- Travel extensively (~50–60%).
