Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a multi-year HDV patient-identification and diagnostics roadmap.
- Lead U.S. commercial diagnostics and patient-finding strategy to increase testing, diagnosis, and linkage to appropriate care.
- Create implementation frameworks for health systems/labs to operationalize sustained HDV testing pathways (workflow redesign, stakeholder engagement, education, tech enablement, performance measurement).
- Drive reflex/double-reflex testing adoption and reduce barriers across the diagnostic journey.
- Build partnerships with diagnostic labs, health systems, and testing organizations to expand access and simplify testing.
- Lead patient-finding pilots (EMR, claims, population health, other data/tech).
- Partner with Commercial Analytics to identify geographic/demographic/health-system/provider opportunities.
- Execute community activation and culturally relevant education/testing/linkage initiatives with advocacy and community partners.
- Set objectives and leading/lagging metrics; analyze performance and continuously optimize; scale successful pilots.
- Manage budgets and external vendors/agencies; ensure regulatory, legal, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (business/marketing/life sciences/public health/healthcare or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech/diagnostics/healthcare.
- Strong experience with diagnostic/patient-identification/population-health/healthcare-system initiatives involving labs/health systems/data (preferred).
- Experience navigating complex healthcare implementation (workflows, EMR/LIS, population health, or workflow redesign) (preferred).
- Rare disease/hepatology/infectious disease/specialty medicine or underdiagnosed disease experience (preferred).
- External partnership experience with labs, health systems, advocacy, or community organizations (highly desirable).

Skills:
- Strategic and systems thinking; strong analytical mindset; ability to build scalable business cases.
- Matrix collaboration, strong communication/influencing; digitally fluent with data/analytics/EMR approaches; strong project management.
- Sound judgment on regulatory/legal/privacy/compliance; travel ~30%.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $215,000–$230,000 USD (base salary).
