Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” Long-Acting HIV Prevention Sales

Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and customer service results.
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV prevention.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Use data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale treatment models to reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling approach and ensure cohesive, integrated internal communication.
- Proactively anticipate and address HCP problems, needs, and requests.
- Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve KPI-based performance goals.
- Develop and foster relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act consistent with company culture/values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment and escalate issues/risks when needed.
- Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years specialty experience.
- Domestically travel as necessary (may include overnight); majority time in market.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences.
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, business, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written/oral communication.
- Experience in complex market access coverage.
- Experience with HCP cold chain product procurement/management/admin.
- HIV treatment and/or prevention market knowledge.
- Spanish bilingual (preferred).
- Experience with integrated account team model.
