Territory Account Manager (TAM), Ft Lauderdale, FL (Long-Acting HIV Injectable Prevention Sales)
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive internal/external communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively addressing HCP needs and requests.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving.
- Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines; act in alignment with company culture/values.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years specialty experience.
- Domestically travel as necessary (majority of time in market; may include overnight).
- Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Experience influencing/collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Success in complex market access coverage.
- Experience with HCPs for cold chain product procurement/management/admin.
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets.
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred).
- Experience with integrated account team models including multiple field-based team members.
