Account Director, Specialty Pharmacy Networks (GPO, IDN & Limited Distribution)

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead contractual and operational engagement across Limited Distribution Networks (LDNs), GPOs, IDNs, and select independent pharmacy partners.
- Account lead for independent pharmacy partners, GPOs, and institutional customers.
- Execute and inform GPO/IDN Trade & Channel strategy: customer engagement, contract evaluation, GTN management, and negotiations (Specialty Care and General Medicines).
- Serve as primary customer-facing lead for Health Systems and IDNs (access, pricing, contracting, and channel strategy execution).
- Own GTN performance across OID, data, and service contracts; manage and optimize financial performance.
- Drive network performance to improve patient access, conversion, and adherence; establish partner accountability via QBRs and data-driven insights.
- Develop/execute strategic network and customer plans tied to measurable access, financial, and operational outcomes.
- Ensure partner infrastructure/service/compliance standards; monitor KPIs (onboarding, adherence, dispense performance, inventory, service quality).
- Lead quarterly business reviews; translate analytics/operations data into actionable insights.
- Align strategies across Trade, Brand, Market Access, Field Sales, Patient Services, Legal, and Compliance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical market access, trade, specialty pharmacy, or network management.
- Experience with limited distribution networks/specialty pharmacy relationships; GPO/IDN/health system dynamics, including contracting and reimbursement.
- Proven contract negotiation, GTN management, and financial accountability.
- Ability to operate in a cross-functional matrix; travel 30–40%.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading GPO or institutional contracting; payer contracts; market access contracting.
- Experience with independent specialty pharmacies in limited networks; supporting product launches/complex distribution models.
- MBA or similar.
