Main Responsibilities:
- Grow portfolio share and revenue and consistently deliver product goals.
- Act as a therapeutic area expert; position and differentiate products effectively.
- Engage in account-based B2B interactions across Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, IDN/IHNs, Health Systems, and FQHCs with clinically focused selling messages.
- Collaborate with field stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, strategic account management, hospital business managers) to proactively address customer needs.
- Identify market dynamics/trends; develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives for assigned geography.
- Use account/territory data and partner with internal data specialists to generate HCP-focused insights.
- Determine optimal ABM strategy for HCPs using agile approaches leveraging AI and other digital tools.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategic business plans to increase product utilization and grow territory business.
- Understand/differentiate contracting options and competitive offerings via financial presentations.
- Operate under a buy/bill model, including complex pricing analysis/price calculator use, product shipping, monitoring contract compliance, and securing amendments.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow the business.
- Participate in and help lead sales success initiatives (e.g., congresses, local/regional meetings, medical conferences).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience with business-to-business knowledge.
- Strong healthcare environment knowledge, decision-making process understanding, and ability to access decision makers.
- Strong commercial acumen; strategic/critical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to navigate hybrid environment; determine optimal HCP selling model; adjust priorities.
- Agile learner in complex environments; omnichannel engagement using insights.
- Demonstrated data/analytics ability and science learning aptitude.
- Ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide feedback, and prioritize multiple products.
- Broad field sales experience influencing decision makers; self-directed, organized.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Valid driverโs license, eligible for insurance, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.

- Graduate degree.
- 5+ years sales experience with business-to-business experience.
- 2+ years account management experience.
