Role Summary

Associate Director, Federal and Corporate Accounts – Field Worker at ViiV Healthcare. Responsible for engaging with prioritized accounts, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving adoption of the ViiV portfolio within key health system accounts. Reports to the National Director, Federal & Corporate Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and execution of the account plan for targeted accounts (e.g., VA Health/Kaiser Permanente).
  • Generate a top-down and bottom-up organizational approach that achieves leading and lagging performance indicators across functions.
  • Demonstrate executive presentation skills and interact with C- and D-Suite stakeholders within accounts.
  • Lead matrix teams to deliver organizational impact.
  • Synthesize data into tailored engagements to forge ongoing strategic partnerships.
  • Improve ViiV’s market reputation by connecting multiple market stakeholders for better patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate executive exchanges that lead to success for both organizations.
  • Achieve product adoption goals for the ViiV portfolio.
  • Remove non-clinical barriers to faster adoption of ViiV products across accounts.
  • Act as a local leader driving accountability and achieving ways of working goals.
  • Align with and exemplify ViiV’s core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience in in-field roles, account management, or alliance/partnership management; experience developing and implementing account plans and engaging with key healthcare ecosystem players.
  • 5+ years of leading without authority, delivering across diverse stakeholders to build win-win solutions.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration to benefit Key Organized Customers.
  • Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources to generate insights and identify patterns.
  • Experience navigating industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscapes and applying risk mitigation strategies.
  • Process management and process improvement experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
