Role: Vice President, US Market Access, Emerging Landscape, leading strategic response to external healthcare policy shifts impacting market access, including 340B, PBM reform, and government policy. Responsibilities: develop USMAPPS point of view, build organizational capabilities such as AI-enabled workflows, monitor external trends, lead responses on emerging issues, and influence cross-functional teams. Lead and develop the Emerging Landscape team, embedding new tools and processes across USMAPPS, and serve as a key member of the USMAPPS Leadership Team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 15+ years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields; deep understanding of US healthcare policy, payer landscape, and market access strategies. Experience in building new functions, influencing senior leadership, and familiarity with digital and AI tools in the healthcare context are essential. High-Value: focus on US healthcare policy, market access strategy, organizational capability building, AI integration, and stakeholder influence. Work setup: hybrid remote (2-3 days/week), with domestic travel up to ~25%; based at NYHQ or any Pfizer US site.
