Role: The Regional Patient Access Manager (RPAM) supports patient access and pharmacy distribution for Neurocrine Biosciences' marketed products in the U.S., focusing on healthcare provider education, payer coverage issues, and network integrity. Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, physicians, and healthcare providers; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, market access, and operations teams; train HCPs on payer policies, coverage, and financial assistance programs; promote technology tools for electronic patient access; monitor and improve distribution network processes; and communicate payer insights internally. Qualifications: BS/BA with 6+ years pharma/biotech experience including 2+ years in specialty pharmacy or market access; or advanced degrees with corresponding experience; strong knowledge of managed care, pharmacy benefit managers, and payer systems; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; willingness to travel up to 60% nationwide.
