Senior Manager, Patient Affordability Analytics

Role: Senior Manager, Patient Affordability Analytics, supporting data-driven insights to optimize Pfizer's patient copay and affordability programs across multiple therapeutic areas including immunology, oncology, and specialty care. Responsibilities include developing models to assess program impact on costs, patient access, and sales; translating claims data into actionable insights; building dashboards; and proactively identifying opportunities for program innovation. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams (digital, finance, legal, compliance, brand), ensuring data quality, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in copay, patient support, or access analytics; proven experience analyzing claims and longitudinal patient data (e.g., IQVIA, CoverMyMeds); advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); understanding of cost adjustment programs impacting GTN; strong business acumen and communication skills. Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, or R is a plus. The position involves hybrid onsite work in NYHQ or U.S. sites, with occasional travel.
