Position Summary
The VP, US Field Medical, Immunology (IMM) & Cardiovascular (CV) provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the US IMM & CV Field Medical organization and leads a team of MSLs. Responsible for strategic medical planning and execution in the US for the IMM & CV pipeline, including medical tactics and medical evidence generation to support appropriate use and adoption of medicines.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of field medical plans aligned to IMM & CV brands, translating strategies into US medical launch and life cycle management activities.
- Lead US field medical strategy and execution for the launch of Milvexian (trainings, resource deployments, scenario preparations).
- Lead/participate on US IMM & CV Brands leadership team; partner with worldwide counterparts to craft the HOM plan.
- Collaborate with US Access (HEOR) to integrate medical perspectives into commercialization.
- Identify and translate insights from external influencers; coach and lead TA-aligned field-facing resources.
- Partner with home office medical; influence pricing and reimbursement strategy via US perspective.
- Measure and assess effectiveness of US medical plans; maintain IMM & CV clinical/scientific/technical expertise.
- Ensure strategies align with legal/compliance requirements.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience
- MD/PhD/PharmD with 15+ years in Medical/development/clinical roles in biotech/pharma.
- IMM & CV scientific expertise preferred.
- Drug development phases familiarity (clinical, regulatory, life cycle).
- Strong leadership; strategic/analytical thinking; communication/presentation/written & verbal skills.
- Proven influence with thought leaders; strong matrix collaboration.
