A hematology oncology account specialist responsible for engaging Hematologists and other key Oncology customers across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts to support the launch of a Multiple Myeloma product. Focus on clinically focused selling messages to build/grow revenue and deliver product goals in a compliant manner.

A Typical Day May Include the Following
- Engage Hematologists and key Oncology customers with clinically focused selling messages supporting a Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody; grow brand share and revenue.
- Partner with Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop strategies for assigned territory.
- Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate with the Oncology account team (e.g., support contracting pull-through with accounts).
- Build breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives, goals, challenges, and identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations/policies governing customer interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; Masterโ€™s degree or advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years successful Oncology sales (Hematology Oncology preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years experience working with key thought leaders/high-influence customers (group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions).
- Current account management calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures; passion for science; proactive learning of disease state/treatment options/healthcare trends.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.
