Vice President, Market Access, HEOR and Patient Services - Radiopharma

Role: Lead US market access strategy for GE HealthCare's radiopharmaceutical and molecular imaging portfolio, focusing on payer access, reimbursement policy, CMS and Medicaid strategies, HEOR, and provider support. Key responsibilities include developing and executing reimbursement and access strategies aligned with business growth, shaping policy and coverage frameworks, and supporting product launches and lifecycle management. Responsibilities also encompass stakeholder engagement, external policy influence, and building high-performing teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced in healthcare management preferred), 15+ years in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, or health policy within complex healthcare segments such as radiopharma or oncology, with deep expertise in US payer systems, including Medicare/CMS. Experience in launching new healthcare products, supporting outpatient and imaging center sites, and engaging with provider organizations and professional societies is essential. Preferred skills include leadership in specialty pharma or biopharma, expertise in real-world evidence strategies, and experience in provider economics and clinical support models. The role involves cross-functional partnership with Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Market Access teams, and influences reimbursement and coverage environments to support long-term growth. The position is based in the US, with a focus on strategic leadership, policy shaping, and market access execution for innovative diagnostic and therapeutic products in cardiology, neurology, and oncology.
