Vice President, Market Access

Role: Vice President, Market Access leading strategy development and execution for Syndax's hematology-oncology portfolio. Responsibilities: oversee payer, provider, specialty pharmacy, and distribution strategies; manage reimbursement, pricing, contracting, patient services, and trade functions; collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to support evidence generation and market access; establish relationships with payers and stakeholders; lead lifecycle planning for new indications and pipeline assets; build and develop the market access organization; contribute to corporate and franchise strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 15+ years in pharma/biotech, with 10+ years in market access, payer strategy, or related commercial functions; significant oncology, hematology, or rare disease experience; deep knowledge of US payer systems, reimbursement pathways, healthcare economics; proven success in oncology product launches and lifecycle management; expertise in pricing, contracting, and health economics; leadership skills with team-building capability; strong communication and negotiation skills.
