Responsibilities:
- Lead global governance and management of mega capital projects for Bio-Therapeutics, Synthetics and ATMP facility portfolio (~$1.3B annual spend).
- Direct, train, coordinate, execute, control and complete local/global mega projects; define scope/priorities and secure internal/external resources.
- Manage Project Management teams (approx. 25–30) delivering projects for IM Supply Chain; lead front-end loading and resource allocation.
- Partner with Engineering/Design for architecture/design direction and regulatory compliance; resolve obstacles/resource conflicts.
- Track deliverables with Project Controls; monitor/report progress, risks, and mitigation; manage changes/interventions.
- Manage portfolio budget; ensure risk management; drive continuous improvement via PM Center of Excellence and best practices.
- Oversee contracting strategies (vendor qualification, global agreements, performance surveillance) and work practice improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering/Architecture/Design or Construction Management).
- 15+ years project management experience including design, construction management, commissioning/qualification.
- Prior experience managing mega capital projects (>$500MM) required; direct reports/supervisory experience required.

Preferred:
- LEED AP; PMP (or comparable) and familiarity with J&J approaches (FPX/IDEA); cGMP/regulatory knowledge; professional engineering license; Americas and EMEA experience.

Preferred Skills: Budget Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, PMO/PM methodology/tools, Project Reporting, Strategic Thinking.
