Vice President, Human Resources

Role: Vice President, Human Resources – Global Product Supply and R&D, a senior strategic HR leadership role supporting manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and R&D functions within a regulated life sciences organization. Objectives include shaping and executing an integrated global HR strategy aligned with operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and scientific innovation. Responsibilities encompass workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, culture fostering, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives such as digital and supply chain modernization. The role involves partnering with executive leadership, guiding organizational change, and overseeing global HR teams supporting dispersed operations. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (graduate preferred), 15+ years of progressive HR experience with senior executive partnership, and expertise within regulated life sciences environments, particularly manufacturing, supply chain, or R&D. Core competencies cover strategic leadership, change management, global workforce planning, talent development, and stakeholder engagement. High-value biopharma specifics involve support for a complex, regulated, and innovation-driven environment focused on eye health products, with responsibilities spanning GxP compliance, organizational transformation, and leadership pipeline development.
