Vice President, Human Resources

Role: Vice President of Human Resources at a clinical-stage biopharma developing immune and cancer therapies, primarily overseeing HR functions to support company scaling. Responsibilities: lead HR strategic planning, develop workforce models, standardize HR practices, implement performance management systems, champion company culture, manage employee relations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, and workers' compensation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in executive HR roles managing teams; 10-12 years HR leadership experience including biotech. Preferred: experience in both large and growth-stage biotech firms, working with Boards and Compensation Committees, and managing all HR facets such as talent management, organizational design, and employee relations.
