Vice President, Human Resources

Role: Vice President, HR Business Partner for Flagship Labs, focusing on talent strategy and organizational development across approximately 110 scientists and entrepreneurs in pioneering biotech companies. Responsibilities include serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping talent management practices, fostering entrepreneurial culture, developing leadership programs, and managing workforce planning and employee engagement. The role involves coaching, change management, and aligning HR solutions with growing biotech ventures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 15-20+ years or Master’s with 10-15+ years in HR, preferably with prior pharma/biopharma experience. Skills in organizational effectiveness, talent development, and working within highly matrixed, fast-paced environments are essential. Preferred: experience coaching at all levels, strong influencing skills, and knowledge of OD concepts, HRIS (UKG), and facilitation. High-value specifics: biotech/biopharma focus, entrepreneurial and innovative culture, and leadership within a rapidly growing, science-driven organization. Collaboration with HR and COO, with a dual reporting line, and the role is primarily remote with an emphasis on strategic influence and talent ecosystem development.
