Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, agile Oncology Sales organization across the enterprise.
- Guide the national sales team through evolving market dynamics and organizational/business changes while maintaining customer focus and high associate engagement.
- Develop and execute portfolio and product strategies, including launch planning and commercialization, to drive growth and customer adoption.
- Foster an inclusive, patient-centered culture through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and clear performance expectations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Integrated Product Teams) to align priorities and accelerate outcomes.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, analytics, and performance data to inform decisions and optimize results.
- Lead resource planning and investment decisions (field deployment, budgets, capabilities) aligned to portfolio and growth objectives.
- Drive national sales performance and operational excellence; adjust strategy and investments as needed.
- Strengthen customer engagement through innovative go-to-market approaches and improved field effectiveness.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 12+ years’ experience in diverse commercial pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; proven second-line sales leadership and ability to attract/develop/retain diverse teams.
- Prior specialty therapeutic area leadership and a track record of successful product launches.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in complex environments (physicians, managed markets, restricted-access accounts).
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results with strong analytics and financial acumen; experience managing large-scale budgets.
- Understanding of US market access (payer landscape, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, evolving delivery models).

Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD or equivalent); experience leading Oncology/Hematology/Rare Disease specialty sales.
- Experience using digital/analytics/AI and operating in complex matrixed organizations.
