Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, agile Oncology Sales organization.
- Guide the national sales team through evolving market dynamics and business priorities while maintaining strong customer focus and associate engagement.
- Develop and execute portfolio/product strategies, including launch planning and commercialization, to drive growth and performance.
- Foster an inclusive, patient-centered culture through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and clear performance expectations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Integrated Product Teams to align priorities and accelerate outcomes.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, analytics, and performance data to inform decisions and optimize results.
- Lead resource planning and investment decisions to align field deployment, budgets, and capabilities with strategy.
- Drive national sales performance and operational excellence, adjusting investments/strategy as needed.
- Strengthen customer engagement with innovative go-to-market approaches and improved field effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted enterprise leader championing innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years’ experience in commercial pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured complex sales) with large, geographically dispersed teams; proven second-line sales leadership and talent development/retention.
- Specialty therapeutic area leadership and successful product launch experience.
- Leadership in cross-functional settings (operations, account management, marketing, market access) in complex sales involving physicians and managed markets; experience with restricted-access accounts.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver measurable results using analytical thinking and financial acumen, including large budget management.
- Understanding of US market access (payer landscape, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, evolving delivery models).
- Demonstrated resilience, judgment, collaboration, and strategic partnership.

Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD or equivalent) with Oncology/Hematology/Rare Disease specialty sales leadership.
- Experience using digital/analytics/AI in complex, matrixed organizations.

Travel: 60–80% (defined by hiring manager).
