Key Responsibilities:
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing U.S. Cardiovascular sales organization with agility, collaboration, and accountability.
- Lead the team through organizational and market changes; foster innovation, inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute portfolio/product strategies to drive growth, accelerate customer adoption, and deliver strong business results, including product launches.
- Champion a patient-centered culture; set expectations and invest in coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Integrated Product Teams, and others to align strategy and accelerate execution.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, analytics, and performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Optimize deployment of field resources and budgets to maximize impact.
- Own national sales performance and financial accountability for the Cardiovascular portfolio.
- Translate enterprise strategy into execution across matrixed organizations; lead transformational change.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years’ experience in commercial pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar), with 2nd-line sales leadership and experience building diverse geographically dispersed teams.
- Specialty therapeutic area leadership and successful product launch experience.
- Cross-functional leadership experience (e.g., operations, account management, marketing, market access) in complex physician/managed market environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial acumen; ability to manage large-scale budgets.
- Knowledge of U.S. market access (payer landscape, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, evolving delivery models).

Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PharmD/PhD or equivalent).
- Cardiovascular/specialty sales leadership with market expansion; digital/analytics/AI capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $274,400–$509,600/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.
