Key Responsibilities:
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing U.S. Cardiovascular Sales organization.
- Lead the team through organizational and market changes; foster innovation, inclusion, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute portfolio/product strategies to drive growth, accelerate customer adoption, and deliver strong results and product launches.
- Lead a patient-centered culture; set expectations and invest in coaching, development, and succession planning.
- Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Integrated Product Teams) to align and accelerate execution.
- Use market insights, customer feedback, analytics, and performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Optimize deployment of field resources, budgets, and investments; own national sales performance and financial accountability.
- Translate enterprise strategy into execution across matrixed organizations; lead transformational change.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years’ experience in commercial pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured industries) with geographically dispersed sales teams; proven second-line leadership and talent development.
- Specialty therapeutic area leadership; proven product launch experience.
- Cross-functional leadership across complex environments (e.g., operations, account management, marketing, market access), including physicians/managed markets and accounts with restricted physical access.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial acumen (incl. large budgets).
- Understanding of U.S. market access (payer landscape, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, evolving delivery models).

Desirable Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Digital/analytics/AI-driven, matrixed-organization experience and Cardiovascular specialty leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary expected: $274,400–$509,600/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity (level-dependent).
