Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using evolving digital tools.
- Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly apply product and disease state knowledge using approved clinically oriented information/resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge to uncover barriers and drivers across business channels.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative tasks on time (e.g., call entry, expenses, requests from leadership/partners).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience (or Associate’s degree with 6+ years; or HS diploma/equivalent with 8+ years) in one or more: Professional Sales/Promotional Activity; small business/entrepreneurial, marketing, customer service, and/or account management; healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT); educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal); full-time military.
- Live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; compliant driving record; no DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year pharmaceutical/biotech medical sales or related marketing.
- Vaccines experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets; strong sales/marketing success and territory management.
Benefits/Compensation (if applicable):
- Base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; 401(k) matching and additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
