Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in live/virtual settings using digital tools effectively.
- Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease-state knowledge using approved, clinically oriented patient resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge by uncovering barriers and drivers across business channels (e.g., Public Health, Private Market, Retail).
- Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional colleagues (e.g., Field Medical, Account Management).
- Complete administrative tasks on time (e.g., call entry, expenses, requests from leadership/partners).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; or associate’s degree + 6+ years; or high school diploma/equivalent + 8+ years.
- Minimum 2 years experience in one or more: professional sales/promotional activity; small business/entrepreneurship; marketing/customer service/account management; relevant healthcare/scientific roles (RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT, etc.); educator; or full-time military.
- Must live within 25 miles of the territory border; valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record (DUI/DWI in past 7 years disqualifies).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year pharma/biotech/medical sales or medical-related marketing.
- Prior vaccines experience.
- Territory management success, communications, teamwork/leadership/accountability.
- Vaccines TA/product experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries.
Benefits/Pay (as stated): Base salary $76,000–$199,600; quarterly Sales Incentive bonus; 401(k) with Pfizer matching plus additional retirement contribution; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; paid caregiver/parental and medical leave; medical/prescription/dental/vision.
