Role Responsibilities:
- Drive sales in assigned territory to maximize approved business objectives.
- Engage with customers face to face and virtually.
- Develop and implement business/territory call plans; identify live/virtual engagement strategies.
- Build rapport and maintain customer engagement using digital tools in live/virtual environments.
- Use internal reports/analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Apply product and disease state knowledge using approved clinically oriented resources.
- Demonstrate market knowledge and uncover barriers/drivers across channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Field Medical, Account Management) to address inquiries and advance objectives.
- Complete administrative requirements (e.g., entering calls, submitting expenses, responding to requests).

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional sales/promotional activity, small business owner/entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT/OT), educator (e.g., Teacher/Principal), or full-time military experience (or associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma with 8+ years).
- Live within 25 miles of the border of the territory.
- Valid US driver’s license; driving record compliance (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within past 7 years disqualifies).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales or medical related marketing.
- Vaccines therapeutic area/product experience; knowledge of territory customers/markets; reside within territory boundaries.

Other/Skills:
- Strong sales, strategic business development, account management, and customer engagement skills (virtual and in-person).
- Strong communications; proficiency with digital/virtual tools; ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Annual base salary range: $76,000–$199,600; quarterly sales incentive bonus; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; medical/dental/vision; 401(k) match and retirement savings contribution.
