Vaccine Sales Innovation Analyst (Customer Service)
Compensation range: $50,000–$60,000
Position Details
- Hiring for swine, poultry, beef, and dairy sectors (North America customer team).
Key Responsibilities
- Process analysis: evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks, map processes for efficiency improvements.
- Data analysis & KPIs: gather and analyze data to measure process performance.
- Solution development: propose practical solutions (process redesign, automation, technological enhancements).
- Change management: collaborate with stakeholders, drive buy-in, implement changes across departments.
- Documentation & training: create/update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Process and manage production/shipping order submissions and special requests.
- Answer purchase order questions from vaccine customers.
- Build trusting customer relationships; ensure Phibro is the preferred partner.
- Maintain active relationships with species field teams to meet customer needs.
- Monitor inventory and schedule recurring shipping orders.
- Customer communication.
- Facilitate isolate extension paperwork and case reports.
- Support non-adjacent address approval process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Microsoft Office applications experience.
- Strong communication/organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time with attention to detail.
- Travel occasionally.
