Role: US Human Resources Graduate Program participant, focusing on developing future HR leaders through rotational assignments across HR functions such as DEIB, Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Management, and HR Operations. Objectives: strengthen talent pipeline, contribute to national and global projects, and gain comprehensive HR experience within a pharmaceutical setting. Responsibilities: complete three 6-8 month rotations, participate in and potentially lead project elements, support program development, and foster cross-functional knowledge sharing. Requirements: Masterβs degree or higher in HR, Business, or Organizational Development; 1-2 years relevant experience; proficiency in MS Office; GPA of 3.5+; strong communication, adaptability, team orientation, and global mindset. Preferred: curiosity, resilience, self-awareness, and growth mindset. HighValue: exposure to international pharma HR practices, leadership development, diversity & inclusion initiatives, with a focus on fostering future HR leadership in a global biopharma context. Collaboration: work closely with program manager, department hosts, and cross-functional HR teams.
