Role Summary
- Lead USMA Health Systems Oncology (HSO) strategic medical implementation across a growing Health Systems field medical enterprise.
- Integrate cross-functional strategy (Medical Affairs, Integrated Account Management (IAM), Payer Marketing, Organized Customer Access & Reimbursement (OCAR)) into medical field execution for Strategic Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Advance non-therapeutic strategic initiatives (quality, value, implementation).
- Lead alignment across RMSD and Health Systems teams (e.g., Medical Account Planning, joint initiatives).
- Connect enterprise Health Systems strategy with product-level strategies and partner with IAM, Strategic Insights, Payer Marketing, OCAR, and other enterprise teams.
- Influence field medical planning with FMADs, PASLs, and SDMAs; ensure HQ-to-field execution excellence and communications.
- Drive simplification/innovation/efficiency in tools and processes; evolve initiative reporting frameworks.
- Manage US Value & Implementation Goal tracking with 30/60/90-day milestones.
- Use analytics/KPI dashboards and scorecards to track performance; identify and accelerate best practices.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- MD/PharmD/PhD; 5+ years field medical affairs (2+ years as HS/Payer Medical Liaison or equivalent).
- Agile mindset; strong planning, project management, communication, organization.
- Evidence base, real-world analytics, and health economics/outcomes research knowledge.
- Proven pharmaceutical strategy contributions; cross-functional matrix collaboration.
Preferred
- Strategy/operations experience (incl. managed care/health systems); team lead/management experience.
