Associate Director, US HIV Payer Marketing

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide US payer input into Brand Marketing, Business Unit/Sales leadership, Global Market Access, research, Integrated Account Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
- Participate in development of value evidence strategies with Outcomes Research/Value & Implementation (V&I).
- Use market/customer insights to shape market access strategies.
- Develop payer customer segment strategy, promotional campaigns, and value messaging for US payer segments (health plan, PBM, ADAP, Medicaid, Medicare, federal, pharmacy, hospital, GPO).
- Develop pricing and contracting strategies.
- Support pull-through activities and payer-related solutions for field sales/account management.
- Work with Senior Specialist and serve as dotted line supervisor to develop/deploy resources supporting managed care strategy.

Education:
- Required: BA/BS
- Preferred: MBA, MPH, PharmD or other advanced degree

Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years combined market access, marketing/sales leadership, account management, or consulting in healthcare.
- Ability to develop/execute brand and customer marketing strategies (including digital engagement).
- Marketing principles and activation of market research insights.
- Translate market trends/customer needs into tactics/resources.
- Understanding of US healthcare ecosystem economics across payer segments; US trends/policy impacts.
- Ability to learn quickly, assess scenarios, strategic/operational thinking; problem-solving/analytical thinking.
- Excellent leadership/communication; build/maintain business relationships.
- Strong collaboration/project management/organizational skills; prioritize and meet deadlines.

Preferred:
- Consulting/stakeholder management experience in cross-functional capacity; prior HIV experience.
