Aesthetic Experience Manager (AEM) / Senior Aesthetic Experience Manager (Field-based) — Sales (Houston East territory)
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Drive direct sales via sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and educational events.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a strong understanding of the value proposition.
- Complete administrative tasks (expense reports, sales tracking, required documentation).
- Maintain customer follow-up across the sales cycle; support long-term relationships.
- Conduct in-person and virtual account meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Manage territory and sample budgets in line with corporate guidelines.
- Stay current on clinical data, product updates, and industry trends.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local and company policies.
- Perform ad-hoc and other assigned duties.
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Technically savvy; ability to learn new applications.
- Willingness/ability to travel 50–75%.
Preferred:
- AEM: 5+ years injectable aesthetics sales (or related cash-pay healthcare verticals); consultative/relationship-based success.
- Senior AEM: 3+ years field experience selling injectables; deep facial aesthetics knowledge; strategic/negotiation skills; ability to lead/mentor.
