About The Role
Researches and analyzes the companyโ€™s products, markets, and competition. Gathers data through primary market research, secondary analytics, and competitive intelligence. Analyzes and summarizes findings into insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams and occasionally senior leadership.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Develop commercial analytics plans; manage related projects; collect and manage supporting data.
- Synthesize complex inputs from multiple sources to identify opportunities, develop conclusions/recommendations, and assess competitive threats, risks, and customer segments.
- Conduct commercial analytics across areas such as targeting, segmentation, promotion evaluation/tracking, launch support, resource allocation optimization, ad hoc statistical analyses, competitive intelligence, and primary market research.
- Support annual brand plan, brand/payer strategies, launch plan, and KPIs.
- Plan and lead commercial analytics projects (methodology, vendor selection, question guides, implementation, analysis, presentations, actionable recommendations).
- Contribute to and administer assigned commercial analytics budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors for market research, secondary data, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements
- BS/BA in Finance, Marketing, Statistics or related field AND 6+ years in secondary analytics, primary market research, and/or competitive intelligence in biotech/pharma (CNS, launch, managed markets preferred).
- OR Masterโ€™s preferred AND 4+ years related experience.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and consulting skills; advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
- Hands-on biopharma market data experience (e.g., IQVIA/Symphony Health Services; anonymized patient-level data; access/reimbursement sources).
- Understanding of statistical modeling/optimization; statistical analysis experience.
- Knowledge of pharma sales/marketing and access/reimbursement; ability to present persuasive written/oral insights.
- Vendor management, excellent project management, communication, organization, and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Base salary: $132,700.00โ€“$182,000.00; annual bonus target 30%; equity-based long-term incentive eligibility; retirement match, paid vacation/holidays/personal days, caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage.
