US HEVA Neurology Asset/Indication Lead

Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ (Hybridโ€”3 days/week in office; ~20% travel)

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement US payer-specific HEVA strategy to support launch and lifecycle management for the neurology pipeline.
- Execute US HEVA tactics aligned to commercial objectives and market access goals.
- Partner with commercial, access, and medical teams to translate HEVA insights into actionable business strategies and high-impact payer evidence.
- Build US research agendas (incl. Integrated Evidence Generation Plan, IEGP); set evidence generation priorities and develop evidence hypotheses, requirements, and generation plans.
- Lead design and execution/publication of HEOR studies (economic modeling, database/observational research, COA development/validation, systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, AMCP dossiers).
- Apply HEOR methods (observational/post hoc analysis, meta-analysis, indirect treatment comparisons) to demonstrate value.
- Engage stakeholders externally (conferences/forums; payers; external partners/KOLs; evidence bodies such as ICER, PDAB, IRA) and manage HEVA research/vendor investments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process/tool improvement; communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.

About You / Qualifications (Required)
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MS, MPH, or PharmD) in a scientific discipline.
- 5+ years in health economics, outcomes research, or related field.
- US product launch experience; understanding of US payer evidence/value demonstration.

Skills / Experience
- Demonstrated HEOR expertise (economic modeling, observational research, evidence synthesis, COA development) and strong statistical/quantitative evaluation.
- Working proficiency with HEOR digital tools/data platforms; familiarity with US real-world data (claims/EHR).
- Strong communication; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Neurology experience; peri-launch/launch experience in neurodegenerative, movement, or neuromuscular diseases.
- Experience with payer advisory boards, formulary submissions, or outcomes-based contracting.
