Position Summary
- Drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results within the assigned territory by increasing adoption among LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.

Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across qualified clinics and prescribers.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and appropriate patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or adjust territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Educate on reimbursement and contracting using approved resources.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and geographic territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.

Education & Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree; 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical devices (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Start-up biopharma/diagnostics track record (preferred).
- Buy-and-build model comprehension (preferred).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; maintain current status (required).

Working Environment
- Remote; willingness to travel overnight; requires driving personal vehicle; MVR check and required auto insurance.

Compensation/Benefits
- Discretionary bonus and equity; annual base pay range: $195,700.
- Benefits for eligible employees include medical, dental, vision; PTO (incl. 11 holidays), 401(k) match, and related programs.
