Position Summary
- The Uro Oncology Business Manager drives clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieves performance results in their territory, focusing on treatment adoption from LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer patients.
Essential Functions
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva adoption across clinics and prescribers with approved indicators.
- Build trusting customer relationships and provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise to deliver a value proposition.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners on opportunities and/or territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Use approved resources to educate on reimbursement and contracting.
- Use company-approved marketing tools to manage accounts and the territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical device required.
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience required.
- Start-up biopharma/diagnostics experience preferred.
- Understanding of “buy and build” model preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Working Environment
- Remote; travel overnight; drive personal vehicle; pass MVR check and maintain required auto liability insurance.
Compensation/Benefits
- Discretionary bonus and equity; base pay range: $195,700 annually.
