Position Summary:
The Uro Oncology Business Manager will drive clinical conviction of Anktiva and achieve performance results in their territory, focusing on expanding treatment adoption among LUGPA clinics, academic institutions, and IDN hospitals treating early-stage bladder cancer.
Essential Functions:
- Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva treatment adoption across eligible clinics and prescribers.
- Build trusting customer relationships; provide educational information on efficacy and patient identification.
- Maintain disease state knowledge and product expertise.
- Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or adjust territory tactics.
- Train relevant HCPs on Anktiva dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
- Educate using approved resources on reimbursement and contracting information.
- Use approved marketing tools to manage accounts and the geographic territory.
- Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for top providers and clinics.
- Represent the product professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Complete administration, reporting, and training tasks on time.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in healthcare/pharma/biotech/medical devices (required).
- 4+ years urological oncology/urology experience (required).
- Start-up biopharma and/or diagnostics experience (preferred).
- Understanding of the “buy and build” model (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license; maintain vehicle insurance and pass MVR check.
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal/written communication and relational intelligence.
- Ability to build relationships with HCPs in community and hospital settings.
- Business acumen, analytics, and account management skills.
- Prioritization, flexibility, and change management.
- Integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Working Environment:
- Remote; willingness to travel overnight and drive personal vehicle.
Compensation/Benefits (if eligible):
- Discretionary bonus and equity award.
- Annual base pay range: $195,700.
