Responsibilities:
- Coordinate budget and logistics for Amgen Congresses (team-, marketing-, and sales-led) with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies.
- Track congress performance and KPIs; capture learnings; identify improvements and year-over-year conference opportunities aligned to brand strategy.
- Partner with Marketing Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure speaker program activity and investment align with brand priorities and annual budget expectations.
- Maintain visibility into program volume, utilization, and spend; identify trends, opportunities, or potential gaps.
- Coordinate planning and execution for UPLIZNA advisory boards with Marketing, Medical, agencies, and key stakeholders to align programs with strategic objectives.
- Support HCP identification, recruitment, and participation planning with internal partners.
- Support development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution by managing timelines, budgets, agency deliverables, and project plans.
- Facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and agencies.
- Build partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, Sales, and other teams to execute HCP marketing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree; OR
- Master’s degree and 1 year marketing/marketing operations; OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years marketing/marketing operations; OR
- Associate’s degree and 6 years marketing/marketing operations; OR
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years biopharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience (marketing, sales, commercial ops, project management, or related).
- Experience supporting promotional material development/execution.
- Experience supporting conference, speaker programs, advisory boards, and/or medical marketing/peer-to-peer tactics.
- Strong project management/organizational/communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Agency partner and promotional review process experience; Veeva and MAC process preferred.
- Rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and high-quality commercial execution.
