UPLIZNA gMG Senior Associate, HCP Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Support development, review, and deployment of branded, disease-state, and unbranded promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution (timelines, budgets, agency deliverables, project plans).
- Facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process.
- Coordinate promotional resource deployments and field communications with Sales Training and Commercial teams.
- Partner across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Global Marketing, Market Research, Digital, and Sales to execute HCP marketing initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of HCP congresses, customer engagement programs, and other commercial events.
- Drive operational excellence by maintaining marketing systems and identifying process improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master’s degree + 1 year directly related experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years directly related experience OR
- Associate’s degree + 6 years directly related experience OR
- High school diploma/GED + 8 years directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- 2+ years biopharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations, project management, or related function.
- Experience with promotional marketing materials.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with agency partners, promotional review processes, Veeva, and the MAC process preferred.
- Neurology/rare disease/specialty pharma experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, learning agility, and commitment to high-quality execution.
