Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned HCPs/accounts; identify and resolve account-level challenges with compliant, patient-first solutions.
- Develop and execute HCP and account business plans aligned to shared priorities (clinical insight, access, operational understanding).
- Educate HCPs/practice teams on non-clinical barriers to care, including access and reimbursement for ultra-rare diseases.
- Support timely treatment initiation and continuity by understanding patient flow, drug acquisition, and practice dynamics.
- Partner with field and home-office teams to address HCP needs and share market access insights.
- Analyze territory data/trends to drive strategy and pull-through; lead virtual and in-person engagements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Medical, Access, Patient Support) using omni-channel capabilities.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Experience (last 5 years) in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with geographically dispersed sales teams; associate level may have limited sales experience.
- Proven high performance selling to large/key accounts.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliant leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of border; travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Qualifications (Desirable):
- Experience with ultra-rare/specialty disease access & reimbursement pathways.

Levels: Associate (4+ yrs leadership) / Territory (2+ yrs) / Senior (5+ yrs) / Executive (10+ yrs).
