TS Manager BTP Security Lead

Role Summary

TS Manager, BTP Security Lead located in Raritan, New Jersey. The role supports delivery of security solutions for the BTP Platform within the Digital Platform Transformation Program as part of the Innovative Medicine strategy to become a digital-first company.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional requirements and provide recommendations per Application Security guidelines and Compliance standard methodologies; translate functional specifications into a technical design for data-level security.
• Deliver BTP security design and setup; report progress status and metrics to management; drive issue resolution.
• Assess functional requirements, guide the group per Application Security guidelines and Compliance standard methodologies, and ensure transparent security design.
• Craft and build security groups and permissions.
• User administration with Active Directory or Identity Access Management.
• Understand NetWeaver and data-level security; address data-level security concerns with the technical team.
• Experience with ERP Security, Enterprise S/4HANA Security, BW/4HANA Security.
• Identify risks and compliance issues by running segregation of duties checks.
• Experience with Security Weaver – Separation Enforcer and Emergency Repair.
• Develop and implement Application Data Security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills; supervise and lead task progress; make good decisions.
• Ensure security delivery aligns with JNJ policies and procedures, including documentation, testing guidelines, release management strategy, and regulatory/business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers in onsite and offshore environments; align with the Support Lead to drive issue resolution and partner concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
• Minimum 4 years of Application Security experience required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Information Technology experience required.
• Strong knowledge and 3 years of S/4HANA Security design skills required.
• Strong knowledge and 3 years of SAP BTP Security design skills required.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Reporting B4HANA Security required.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies required.
• Knowledge of security in Data Security, SuccessFactors and SAP authorization background required.
• Experience with global/regional SAP rollouts preferred; experience managing and delivering complex technology projects preferred.
• Knowledge of security setup in SAP and HP ALM testing preferred.
• Agile experience; PMP, HPQC, ITIL v3 certifications or CPA certification preferred.
