Responsibilities:
- Support territory managers as an integral member of the Regional Leadership Team by conveying the value and benefits of the Animal Health portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver technical lectures on the product line to key customers, strategic accounts, and professional veterinary organizations.
- Offer solutions aligned to customer needs and business priorities.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute business strategy to meet/exceed regional and organizational priorities.
- Meet key opinion leaders in clinical and university settings to discuss the portfolio and new business opportunities.
- Represent the Animal Health portfolio at veterinary schools, associations, and conferences.
- Serve as regional technical expert; evaluate technical training needs and coach sales reps in technical selling skills.
- Collaborate with R&D, Learning & Development, Marketing, Veterinary Insights & Medical Affairs, and Sales.

Qualifications:
- Education: DVM/VMD degree.
- Experience: 10 years combined relevant experience; minimum 5 years clinical companion animal practice and minimum 5 years animal health industry (or equivalent leadership/management).
- Skills/Abilities: Translate complex issues for audiences; excellent presentation/facilitation and oral/written communication; medical consulting in vaccines/parasiticides/therapeutics; influence without authority; build internal/industry networks; innovate solutions; MS Office competence; industry software (e.g., Salesforce/Veeva/Power BI); work with cross-functional teams; execute duties independently; understand veterinary customer business processes.

Preferred:
- Experience with companion animal vaccines, parasiticides, therapeutics; advanced degrees/research; delivery of training; leadership/management.
